Trust & safety

Safety is the product, not a policy page.

For a marriage platform, trust is the entire proposition. Here is exactly what we do about it.

Verified memberVerified

Verification

A live selfie matched against your main photo, with human review as the fallback. Verified members carry a badge everywhere they appear, and any member can choose to see verified profiles only. The selfie is deleted once the decision is made.

Human moderation

Every uploaded photo passes a moderation queue before it is shown. Reports reach a trained reviewer, not an automated queue that closes itself. Repeat offenders are suspended.

Privacy controls

Blur your photos until you match. Keep a private album. Hide your online status. Browse modestly so other photos are blurred for you. Presence visibility fails closed — if we cannot confirm you are allowed to see it, you do not.

Blocking that works

A block is immediate and bidirectional: you disappear from each other's discovery, matches and chat. The other member is never told. There is no way to undo it from their side.

Your data

We hold what the service needs and no more. You can hibernate your account or delete it outright from Settings. Deletion removes your profile from discovery immediately. Built for Malaysia's PDPA and Indonesia's UU PDP.

Money safety

Payments run through licensed gateways — we never see your card or banking credentials. There is no token, no wallet connection and no crypto of any kind.

Community guidelines

Short version: come with a sincere intention, and treat every member as you would want your own family treated.

  1. Be here sincerely. Say what you are actually looking for.
  2. Be honest. Real photos, real age, real situation.
  3. Respect a no. One clear refusal is a complete answer.
  4. Respect modesty choices. Never pressure anyone to unblur, share more photos, or move off the platform.
  5. Keep private things private. Do not screenshot or forward another member's photos, messages or taaruf details.
  6. No harassment, hate, sectarian abuse, solicitation, scams or requests for money.
  7. Eighteen and over only. Any account we believe belongs to a minor is removed.

Breaking these gets a warning, then a suspension, then removal. Serious cases — anything involving a minor, a threat, or fraud — skip straight to removal and, where required, are reported to the authorities.

How to report someone

  1. 01

Open their profile or your chat with them.

  2. 02

Choose Report, pick the reason, and add anything that helps.

  3. 03

Block them at the same time if you want them gone immediately.

  4. 04

A human reviews it. You are not told the outcome for the other person's privacy, but action is taken.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We can act on an account; we cannot send help.
